MerryGo began with a family trip.
I love Disney — I think they’re incredible storytellers and their approach to guest services and hospitality at scale is unmatched. I also love data and planning. But I know that Disney trips can be incredibly overwhelming for many people, especially if you’re trying to coordinate plans for a group and have kids in tow.
When I was starting to help plan a family trip, I decided to scale up my efforts into something that could help me — but that might also be able to help other people who were in a similar position. That’s MerryGo — a platform that helps organizers coordinate and plan group trips to Disney World.
But I didn’t stop there… I also happen to love Disney Cruises, so I decided to start pulling data and creating a platform that would help people evaluate cruise options, pick the best one for them, and then stay on top of the pre-trip preparation process.
Planning a Disney Cruise is nothing like planning a theme park trip — the constraints and choices are totally different, and the experience is completely unique. But a lot of the clientele overlaps, and I’m passionate about both of them, so here we are.
